Which is more important: the product or the process?
Imagine you are building a new home. Every evening you drive by the construction site to monitor the progress. One evening you notice building materials have been delivered to the site. The next evening, you notice trusses and shingles. Sure enough ... the next day you see the roof is under construction.
You immediately call the contractor and he affirms that he is beginning with the roof. He explains that he got a great deal on roofing materials so he thought he'd start there.
It may be a great roof—using the best materials—but the contractor will have a short career! The process for building a home is very structured—it begins with the foundation.
In our example, the failed process invalidated the best of materials.
At Woolman Financial Group, we believe the process—what you do with your money—is more important than focusing on the "right" product. Products are important—we offer what we think are some of the best—but not as important as the process.
